May I introduce you to my Japanese friend and zen master Shino. When stress balloons too large I head to her apartment to sit and meditate with her and to drink green tea with funky cookies. She ordinarily wears clothes when sitting, but she is like me a loather of clothing and a devious nudist. "Clothes are spiritual impediment," she says. Not so pure? So what. Who's perfect?

I met Shino at the Japan Society, where she works among beautiful dainty lacquer art objects. Here is the one if not the only web site I am inclined to recommend on this SU link site. Best to actually visit the place; it is manageably small and unpretentious:

This is my SU buddy Wong in training for the Olympic bong-trials. He might seem a little old, but just look at those pails beside him: he emptied them at an amazing pace while still able to converse with me in broken but lucid, rational English, and with a few local folk songs added. ...Wong is a retro dude, into Maoist military fashion -- but the Chinese Olympic public relation people informed him that he'll have to wear the *official* uniform for the grand historic competition.

Soon Wong is headed for Beijing's Olympic Village. He's going to be emailing me from a cyber cafe that will be permitted by the authorities for the duration of the Olympics, and I'll let you know how he makes out. He's very individualistic for a Chinese, and I hope he doesn't screw up. He has a thing for blue-eyed white woman and trouble keeping his dick in his pants, an Olympian feat in itself given his intake of Yangtze weed.

Jul 13, 5:18am: Wong's attitude toward air quality for the Beijing Olympics in light of below pictorial:

Wong, used to much smoke of course, would for reasons of personal security like to see as much of it in the form of air pollution as possible. The BBC has reported:

``The city's officials realise this [the possibility of high-density air pollution]. So they've decided to impose a series of emergency air quality measures. On 20 July half of Beijing's cars will come off the streets, building sites will stop work, and a number of factories will shut down. Even outdoor spray painting will be banned.

``This gives 19 days for the dust and the airborne particles to settle before the first event is held.

``If these measures don't work, the city says that it's prepared to take what it calls 'more stringent measures' during the Olympics. But it doesn't say what these include."

Wong really does not care and would along with other Yangtze bong-trial weed heads even add to the freedom-enhancing pollution *cover*.
